New Portfolio Links 03.4.08

Since July 2006 CalculatedChaos has been contracted with BestBuy for web development, marketing email creation and general site maintenance. We have added two new links that reflect a portion of the work we have done while contracted with Best Buy.

New Portfolio Link 02.27.08

We have added another link to our ‘Portfolio’ section. It is for a boating magazine called Good Old Boat.

The website is coded in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP with a MySQL database back-end. It features custom built data tracking on paid advertisements. We are currently working on adding more advanced features to the site including paid classifieds and magazine subscription services.

We added another link to our ‘Portfolio’ section (look on the right). We actually finished this project a while ago but it was pushed out of our minds because it was such a nightmare to get done. Either way, we am pleased with the end result.

What we are Doing 01.24.07

Whats keeping us busy? Glad you asked.

We are currently working on two new incarnations of SpitPretty Boutique; Spitpretty.com and LipstickCyanide.com. If I get a chance later today, I will add some images of some of the preliminary stuff we have done. The ideas are progressing nicely and I am sure the product will be fantastic in the end.

We are also working on the first incarnation of this site, CalculatedChaos which should launch sometime in the next month. Why has it taken so long? Because we had to upgrade our hosting server, that’s why! Now we have the space and resources to host many more clients in a more efficient manner. Moving everyone over to the new site went pretty smoothly and everything seems to be working swimmingly.

Blog

Since we haven’t had time to create the Calculated Chaos website we have created a blog to serve as a temporary landing page. This blog probably won’t be the main site for too long and will probably be removed when we unveil the new website.

Either that or we will sporadically update it with random rants and thoughts. Only time will tell.
